Lead Scheduler - Construction Projects

Lead on-site scheduling for complex construction projects, managing the scheduling team to review internal and contractor schedules, validate time/scope impacts, and surface risks early. Own and maintain the master plan schedule, develop the integrated work breakdown structure, and integrate contract packages. Prepare weekly/monthly internal and client progress reports, analyze critical path constraints, and support tender/contractual scheduling requirements including KPIs, milestones, and EOT claim analysis.
