Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive category strategy development and execution, primarily for Corporate Real Estate Services, with potential coverage across multiple other categories.
  • •Ensure sourcing project outputs are embedded in the business through the contract lifecycle, including operational accountability after execution.
  • •Provide robust reporting on progress against targets, Preferred Supplier List, and buying channel compliance.
  • •Lead sourcing initiatives that balance commercial, regulatory, and operational priorities while embedding controls across the sourcing lifecycle.
  • •Manage stakeholder relationships across global teams and lead negotiation and agreement of terms and conditions for sourcing projects.

Key Requirements

  • •Develop and execute category and supply base strategies across sourcing projects to deliver country annual targets and business outcomes.
  • •Achieve or exceed savings targets, identify post-contract value opportunities, and manage sourcing initiatives end-to-end.
  • •Demonstrate advanced sourcing subject matter expertise and apply appropriate sourcing approaches, including eSourcing.
  • •Lead high-value negotiations and ensure maximum contractual protection across goods and services categories.
  • •Ensure compliance with internal frameworks and governance, including Third Party Risk Management (TPRM), Outsourcing, Records Management, and Anti-Bribery & Corruption.
