Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver vehicles to customers’ doors using custom car haulers.
  • •Frequently load and unload vehicles and inspect the car-hauler to ensure vehicles remain safe to drive.
  • •Complete customer paperwork and enter thorough notes into the customer tracking system.
  • •Drive safely and maintain a clean driving record in accordance with Carvana’s CMV Driver Qualification policy.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 2 years of customer-facing experience.
  • •Must be at least 21 years old and possess a valid driver’s license.
  • •Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
  • •Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including loading/unloading and detailing vehicles; ability to lift, push, and pull items up to 50 lbs.
  • •Must pass a drug test and obtain a DOT Medical Card; obtain required local/state licenses (including Notary within 90 days).
