Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and grow the Workforce Transformation business through business development, networking, thought leadership, and client relationship management.
  • •Build and maintain a strong network of senior stakeholders internally and externally to identify and convert opportunities.
  • •Shape, sell, and lead customised workforce transformation solutions using expertise across Aon.
  • •Lead client engagements covering AI workforce impact, operating model design, workforce planning, and skills-based transformation including skills taxonomy and assessments.
  • •Manage project teams, ensure delivery quality/efficiency, and provide direction and coaching to junior colleagues.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in workforce transformation, organisation design, workforce strategy, HR transformation, or related consulting.
  • •Proven track record of business development and senior stakeholder relationship management.
  • •Experience leading and delivering complex consulting projects.
  • •Knowledge of workforce planning, operating model design, organisation effectiveness, AI workforce impact, skills-based organisations and/or workforce analytics.
  • •Ability to shape, sell and deliver consulting solutions in a client-facing environment, with strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
