Financial Planning Analyst

Support the Head of Group FP&A by owning forecasting, budgeting, and reporting across the group. Maintain and update the group consolidation model, reconcile actuals to forecast, and analyze variances with clear narratives. Prepare recurring board and management reporting packs, run annual budget support for business units, and track KPIs and unit economics—while responding to ad hoc CFO and FP&A requests.
