  • •Lead a team of material handlers to ensure accurate, timely parts picking and collaborate with other warehouse/logistics teams to resolve issues.
  • •Drive daily ALPS Performance Meetings and weekly Improvement Meetings in the department.
  • •Run daily shift startup/handover meetings and participate in projects and improvement initiatives.
  • •Participate in problem resolution, perform root cause analysis, and write/audit SOPs to drive continuous process improvements.

Key Requirements

  • •ERP experience (Microsoft D365 preferred) with strong attention to detail and teamwork.
