Job Summary

Own the architecture, build, and launch of application development capabilities for a retail investment advisory business within a regulated broker-dealer environment. Key Responsibilities

•Lead planning and execution for ISCO application development and systems analysis, including architecture, build, and launch of integrated capabilities.
•Oversee application lifecycle management status reporting, metrics, benchmarks, and continuous improvement methodologies.
•Manage enterprise technology roadmap development, executive stakeholder updates, and alignment to ISCO business strategy and budgets.
•Ensure applications are effectively secured with risk mitigation in partnership with CTO, Infrastructure, and IT Security, including adherence to privacy and confidentiality rules.
•Develop and enforce technology standards and best practices, manage vendor sourcing strategy, and ensure SDLC adherence, controls, and timely remediation of control issues.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 224,250 - 403,650 annually

Key Requirements

•10 years of progressive experience managing all phases of application development and delivering results in complex, matrix environments.
•6 years of people leadership experience building and developing high-performing teams.
•Broad technical knowledge of web-based application architecture, system architecture, application integration, and object-oriented languages.
•Experience across the software development life cycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and implementation.
•Understanding of relevant industry frameworks (e.g., COBIT, ITIL, SAFe) and legislative/regulatory compliance requirements.
