Key Responsibilities

  • •Turn highly regulated, data-dense processes into efficient, usable interfaces and reduce cognitive load across multi-step workflows.
  • •Work with Product, Engineering, Quality, and E2E testing to contribute to product strategy and roadmap, especially around AI capabilities.
  • •Own design from research through concept, prototyping, and delivery, iterating quickly using qualitative and quantitative insights.
  • •Conduct user research with analysts, investigators, and compliance experts; facilitate design workshops and discovery sessions.
  • •Contribute to a design system for complex enterprise products and maintain consistency across multi-product ecosystems and AI touchpoints.
