Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate patient panel coverage and transfers during clinician attrition, extended leave, or parental leave
  • •Reassign patients in the system, update internal records, and coordinate handoff logistics across teams
  • •Monitor dashboards for data accuracy and flag anomalies; maintain and audit Google Sheets trackers and reports
  • •Support day-to-day scheduling and calendar coordination as needed, spotting inefficiencies
  • •Serve as on-call support one day a week to triage routine clinician questions and maintain documentation/SOPs

Key Requirements

  • •1-3 years of experience in operations, healthcare operations, or a similar administrative/analytical role
  • •Comfort with routine administrative tasks and improving the systems behind them
  • •Strong Google Sheets skills, including formulas, pivot tables, and data cleanup
  • •Experience reading BI tools (Lightdash, Looker, Tableau) with a desire to learn how to build them
  • •Exceptional attention to detail, strong written and verbal communication, and ability to manage multiple ongoing tasks
