Key Responsibilities

•Be a technical thought partner to the GTM partnerships team, embedding with GSI and cloud partner technical teams to enable AI practices and troubleshoot complex issues.
•Collaborate with partners to identify high-value GenAI applications and codify reference architectures to accelerate deployment.
•Intervene to unblock strategic customer deals where partners are the primary delivery vehicle, providing deep technical guidance.
•Represent Anthropic at partner events (GSI/customer workshops, AWS summits) and lead or support developer enablement sessions.
•Gather and relay product feedback related to partner use cases to inform product roadmap and partner strategy.

Key Requirements

•5+ years in technical customer-facing/partner-facing roles such as Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, Partner Sales Engineer, or Technical Account Manager.
