Key Responsibilities

•Design and develop software and systems with scalability, security, and reusability for payment technology and digital transaction platforms.
•Collaborate with multi-functional teams to create design artifacts and deliver best-in-class software solutions across agile squads.
•Improve product quality by contributing to bug analysis, debugging, and verification using available tools.
•Develop robust, scalable products for diverse customers, including merchants, b2b, and business-to-government solutions.
•Leverage advanced technologies to support payment services, transaction platforms, real-time payments, and buy now pay later capabilities.

Key Requirements

•7.5+ years of relevant software engineering experience.
•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Distributed Systems, or related field.
•Extensive Java experience with Spring and Hibernate, including concurrency, multithreading, and performance optimization.
•Deep distributed systems expertise (microservices, event-driven architectures, service mesh) and experience with consensus/coordination (Raft, Paxos, Zookeeper, etcd).
•Experience with building APIs (SOAP/REST, JSON/XML, OAuth/SAML, GraphQL/gRPC) and async/reactive APIs (Spring WebFlux).
