Job Summary

Deliver an iconic, customer-first experience by guiding customers through vehicle sales, appraisals, test drives, and financing, while coordinating service appointments. Conduct vehicle condition and cosmetic inspections, manage inventory check-in and scanning, and handle transaction paperwork and payments. Partner across teams to ensure repair order invoices are accurate and follow CarMax Environmental, Health and Safety requirements in a clean, orderly work area.

Job Function: Customer Support (Service Desk)

Key Responsibilities

•Guide customers through sales, appraisals, test drives, and financing applications.
•Conduct vehicle condition and cosmetic inspections and communicate findings to Buyers.
•Manage inventory processes including vehicle check-in, daily scanning, and reconciliation.
•Handle administrative tasks such as printing reports, maintaining paperwork, auditing documents, and managing payments.
•Coordinate service appointments and review repair order invoices for accuracy in billing while following EH&S requirements.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 15.5 - 23.3 hourly
