Job Summary

Provide first-line IT support for employees across the Benelux organization, ensuring a secure, stable, and user-friendly IT environment. Troubleshoot connectivity, network, access rights, performance issues, and hardware/software problems across devices like laptops, printers, scanners, handhelds, and servers. Manage user accounts, onboarding/offboarding, and IT tickets, while contributing to IT process and service improvements and supporting needed IT projects.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide IT technical support to employees within the Benelux organization as the first point of contact.
•Troubleshoot connectivity, network outages, access rights, performance issues, and other IT questions.
•Create, manage, and maintain user accounts and access rights, including onboarding and offboarding processes.
•Install, configure, and maintain IT hardware and software, including upgrades and updates.
•Log, follow up, and resolve IT tickets, and assist where needed with IT projects and user training.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: EUR 2,800 - 3,600 monthly

Key Requirements

•MBO work-and-thinking level; preferably an IT-related education and/or relevant work experience.
•Experience with Microsoft Office and common business applications.
•Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Windows 10/11, Intune/Matrix42, and Azure AD (Entra ID).
•Basic knowledge of VPN solutions.
•Good command of Dutch and English; French is a plus.
