Provide timely, accurate processing of client transactions while delivering a high-quality client experience. Educate customers on digital, self-service banking solutions (including ATMs, Online and Mobile banking). Support sales and service by making outbound calls, identifying client needs and offers, and connecting prospects to the right team members. Participate in retail community leadership routines, maintain compliance with controls and risk policies, and assist with new account openings and problem resolution.
