Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as a subject matter expert during client onboarding and advise transformation efforts using the Klarity platform.
  • •Partner with enterprise stakeholders to understand business, operational, and IT workflows and translate them into scalable Klarity solutions.
  • •Design end-to-end solutions across enterprise systems, integrations, automations, and AI-driven workflows.
  • •Create project artifacts such as business requirement documents, process/data flow diagrams, and end-to-end technical architecture documentation.
  • •Present Klarity demonstrations and architectural walkthroughs, and act as a feedback loop between Sales, Customer Success, and Product Engineering on product enhancements.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • •8+ years of experience in Solution Architecture, Enterprise Architecture, or Technical Consulting.
  • •Hands-on experience designing and implementing integrations and automations across multiple enterprise systems.
  • •Strong familiarity with enterprise and open source LLMs and GenAI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude Code, Gemini) to accelerate analysis and solutioning.
  • •Excellent documentation skills and ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
