Key Responsibilities

  • •Make cold and warm outreach to truckers and handle inbound/outbound phone, SMS, and email to explain and promote dispatch services.
  • •Monitor dashboards for freight/load opportunities and coordinate/match loads with truckers while contacting brokers to negotiate rates.
  • •Schedule pickups and deliveries with window accuracy and track driver availability/location and preferred lanes.
  • •Manage multiple drivers simultaneously and maintain up-to-date communication records.
  • •Maintain and update CRM/tracking systems and operate internal AI/copilot dispatch tools and automation tools with human oversight.
