Lead, Program Finance (R5328)

Drive program-level finance for the fast-growing Hivemind business unit by building and enhancing financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning. Analyze financial and operational data to produce actionable insights for senior leadership, partner with Program Management and Engineering on cost tracking and workforce planning, and support Earned Value Management (EVM) frameworks. Own variance analysis through month-end/quarter-end close and continuously improve financial reporting with automation opportunities.
