Key Responsibilities

  • •Build, maintain, and enhance financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.
  • •Analyze financial and operational data to generate insights and provide actionable recommendations to senior leadership.
  • •Partner with Program Management and Engineering to support program financial health, cost tracking, and workforce planning.
  • •Support development and execution of Earned Value Management (EVM) or equivalent program performance frameworks.
  • •Participate in month-end/quarter-end close with variance analysis and executive reporting, including EAC updates and risk/opportunity flagging.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or FP&A.
  • •Advanced proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and data analysis.
  • •Strong understanding of IFRS/GAAP (including government contracting experience) and familiarity with cost accounting and government contract structures (T&M, CPFF, FFP).
  • •Experience building models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning, and monitoring actuals vs. plan with EAC updates.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field (MBA/Master’s preferred).
