Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and structure a system engineering team across system design, test benches, Integration/Verification/Validation, Service Engineering, and Image Quality.
  • •Manage as a coach for engineers: develop individuals, strengthen collaboration in a multidisciplinary team, define and evaluate individual objectives with regular feedback.
  • •Deepen discipline practices: run learning initiatives, set an inspiring vision, conduct go&see and peer reviews, and ensure discipline standards are capitalized and used.
  • •Collaborate with delivery leaders to adapt discipline capacity based on workload planning.
  • •Contribute to quality and respect technical delivery dates through coaching, mentoring less experienced engineers, critical path analysis, and alignment on key product development milestones.

Key Requirements

  • •Higher education (BAC+5) from an engineering school or equivalent.
  • •At least 10 years of experience managing a team.
  • •Strong experience in system engineering, ideally in the imaging domain.
  • •Positive attitude and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • •Comfortable with change and able to reset priorities and adapt.
