Key Responsibilities

•Technical Delivery: Translate complex business strategies into scalable technical solutions on Salesforce CPQ, utilizing a mix of declarative configuration and custom development (Apex, LWC, and Flow)
•System Architecture: Design and implement robust integrations between CPQ and downstream systems (ERP, Billing, Telemetry) to ensure data integrity across the Lead-to-Cash lifecycle
•Engineering Excellence: Drive high standards for code quality by implementing testable, modular solutions and contributing to shared frameworks and CI/CD best practices
•Performance Optimization: Proactively identify and resolve bottlenecks in existing CPQ flows, improving calculator speed and user experience for a global sales force
•Mentorship & Influence: Lead peer code reviews and contribute to the team’s technical playbook, fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the CPQ & RevOps engineering organization

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 101,000 - 198,000 annually

Key Requirements

•6+ years of Salesforce development experience, including Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, SOQL, and REST/SOAP APIs
•Strong understanding of Quote-to-Cash processes, sales workflows, and Salesforce best practices
•Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems such as ERP, billing, payment, or other enterprise platforms
•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
•Salesforce CPQ Specialist and Salesforce Platform Developer I or II certifications required
