Key Responsibilities

•Own CI/CD, operational workflows, and build systems, including pipelines, deployment automation, and development environments for fast, reliable commit-to-production.
•Build infrastructure for AI coding agents to operate effectively in the codebase, including sandboxed execution, CI validation, and accurate agent context.
•Design and ship production tooling that automates engineering toil across the team (refactors, migrations, dependency upgrades, test generation, PR triage).
•Drive company-wide adoption of AI-assisted and agentic development by defining golden paths, templates, and standards.
•Create eval and guardrail systems, and define metrics to measure speed improvements and decide what to build next.

Key Requirements

•A track record building developer tooling, internal platforms, or CI/CD and development-environment infrastructure that other engineers depend on.
•Strong systems and infrastructure instincts, writing production code and building reusable tools using Python and Bash/Unix.
•Deep hands-on experience with modern agentic development (e.g., Claude Code, Codex) with evidence of shipping; curiosity to apply agentic development to the team.
•Ability to drive adoption and change how a team works, not just deliver a tool.
•Ability to take ambiguous problems to a clear, structured, shipped solution with minimal guidance.
