Assistant Site Manager

Assist the DashMart Site Manager in leading a local distribution center and supporting a team of Operations Associates and Shift Leads. Help drive day-to-day outcomes across inventory management, scheduling, and warehouse best practices, while using data to improve workflows, resource allocation, and organization. Coach teams to deliver a high-quality customer experience measured by order accuracy and fulfillment speed, and handle onsite escalations with cross-functional partners.
