Key Responsibilities

  • •Run multiple AI use-case analysis workstreams in parallel, coordinating inputs, evidence, dependencies, and outputs to maintain momentum and quality.
  • •Facilitate structured workshops with business, technology, risk, and controls stakeholders to understand processes, pain points, requirements, and AI-enabled opportunities.
  • •Gather and document evidence, current-state processes, and functional and non-functional requirements, using approved AI-enabled workflows where appropriate.
  • •Apply a use-case methodology to assess and score opportunities across business value, feasibility, risk, controls, and implementation complexity, producing decision-ready dossiers.
  • •Assess regulatory and control requirements for responsible AI implementation, identifying gaps, dependencies, and actions for privacy, cybersecurity, explainability, auditability, and human oversight.

Key Requirements

  • •Consulting or transformation experience in banking, financial services, technology, or another regulated environment, with the ability to manage multiple analytical workstreams.
  • •Practical experience delivering AI-related initiatives, including AI transformation and Generative/Agentic AI solutions, from assessment toward implementation.
  • •Experience facilitating workshops, gathering evidence, and translating business processes and stakeholder needs into requirements and structured documentation.
  • •Understanding of responsible AI and technology risk, including regulatory considerations such as the EU AI Act, privacy, cybersecurity, explainability, auditability, and human oversight.
  • •Strong analytical and communication skills, including applying structured scoring methodologies and producing concise, evidence-based decision materials.
