Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the revenue accounting function, ensuring compliance with ASC 606.
  • •Perform technical accounting assessments for customer contracts, including non-standard terms, contract modifications, and multi-element arrangements.
  • •Maintain and evolve revenue recognition policies, documentation, and SOX 404(b) compliant controls across quote-to-cash processes.
  • •Oversee billing and collections, ensuring accurate invoicing and cash application; own AR reporting such as aging, reserves, unbilled and deferred revenue, and collections metrics like DSO.
  • •Lead close processes and audit support, including revenue recognition entries, disclosures, and managing internal/external audit deliverables while mentoring a revenue and billing team.
