Job Summary

Provide technical consulting for B2B Commerce Cloud and Order Management System (OMS) engagements, translating client requirements into Salesforce solutions. Lead end-to-end implementation work (design, development, testing, deployment) and deliver ongoing support, troubleshooting, and performance optimization. Create and deliver client training and documentation, stay current on Commerce Cloud best practices, and build relationships with executive decision-makers while working both independently and in a distributed team.

Key Responsibilities

•Collaborate with clients to translate business requirements into Salesforce solutions using Commerce Cloud (B2B and OMS).
•Design, configure, and customize Salesforce solutions, including product catalog, pricing, quoting, and order management processes.
•Lead Salesforce implementation projects across requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, and deployment; provide ongoing support and optimize performance.
•Develop and deliver training sessions and documentation so clients can effectively use Salesforce solutions.
•Stay current on Commerce Cloud best practices and industry trends and proactively share knowledge with internal teams and clients.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
•Minimum 5 years of experience with Salesforce focused on Commerce Cloud (B2B and OMS).
•Experience delivering successful Salesforce implementations across the full project lifecycle from requirements to deployment.
•Strong understanding of B2B commerce and OMS processes and best practices.
•Hands-on technical consulting and solution implementation experience, including Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC) (HTML, CSS, and JavaScript design skills are also expected).
