Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop electrical engineering FEL 1-2-3 deliverables and represent Twelve as an owner’s engineer throughout a project lifecycle.
  • •Lead the electrical plant design from inception to steady operations, collaborating with external EPCs, suppliers, OEMs, and internal disciplines.
  • •Review and approve electrical drawings, equipment data sheets, and requisition packages, and manage 3rd party electrical engineering interfaces.
  • •Provide technical support to on-site construction teams and assist with plant commissioning and start-up activities; support ongoing operational issues.
  • •Ensure plants are designed and built to appropriate standards with emphasis on reliability, maintainability, constructability, operability, and safety.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering
  • •20+ years of experience in continuous process plants or similar mission-critical environments
  • •Expert in electrical infrastructure design principles for electrical substations and industrial plant power distribution
  • •Experience designing, specifying, procuring, installing, and/or supporting operation and maintenance of power distribution electrical equipment (substations, power converters, transformers, switchgear, MCCs, motors, UPS, arc flash, etc.)
  • •Extensive familiarity with IEEE, API, and other industry electrical engineering codes and standards
