Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive the S&OP process with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to ensure accurate demand forecasts for scoped brands.
  • •Maintain and review sales forecasts by analyzing historical trends and coherence vs budget and prior year, partnering with Finance to reconcile.
  • •Perform sell-out analysis and adjust sell-in forecasts with business trends; supervise alerts and action plans using forecast KPIs.
  • •Prepare and present the monthly S&OP to Travel Retail leadership, bringing supply expertise supported by KPIs.
  • •Supervise new product launches and manage product life cycle, assortment file inputs, and phase-in/phase-out based on availability and planning needs.

Key Requirements

  • •+3 years of experience in a similar role in the wholesale industry, ideally in Travel Retail.
  • •Fluent in English and French.
  • •Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with MS Office.
  • •Experience with an ERP (SAP is a plus).
  • •Experience with demand planning tools (Anaplan is a plus) and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).
