Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist in the preparation and execution of Internal Audit activities and support follow-up audits.
  • •Monitor the implementation status of action plans by coordinating with Internal Audit team members and auditees.
  • •Support the Internal Audit Quality Assurance and Improvement Program (documentation, assessment, and KPI reporting).
  • •Assist with data analytics during audit preparation and fieldwork activities.
  • •Help continuously improve Internal Audit processes, frameworks, and methodologies (e.g., automation, digitalization, policies and templates), and contribute to cross-functional projects related to internal control and enterprise risk.

Key Requirements

  • •Be enrolled as a student at a university in Germany in a relevant field of studies (e.g., Finance, Economics, Business Management).
  • •Have first work experience in auditing or management consulting firms.
  • •Demonstrate strong organizational, time, and project management skills.
  • •Work well as a self-motivated team player with strong analytical and hands-on mindset and independent initiative.
  • •Speak English and German; additional languages are a benefit.
