Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute compensation processes for grade locals (F), ad-hoc payments, and BYOD for the US/CAN.
  • •Administer and resolve benefits inquiries and escalations for the US/CAN, including eligibility audits and life event changes.
  • •Administer equity reviews, job reclassifications, compensation adjustments, off-cycle salary increases, and market pricing.
  • •Oversee retirement management and retirement plan administration, including quality control audits and plan design changes for the US/Canada.
  • •Partner with Business HR and CoEs to continuously improve compensation & benefits administration processes, procedures, and technologies.
Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

  • •University degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • •2 to 4 years of service center experience with direct customer interaction.
  • •Experience in compensation & benefits administration and knowledge of employee compensation & benefits.
  • •Ability to run reports, interpret data, and conduct analysis with strong judgment and escalation as needed.
  • •Proficient use of applicable technology and MS Office; English required plus one or more: Spanish or Portuguese.
