Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor customer accounts using Getpaid, Oracle R12, SAP ECC, and S4 HANA.
  • •Reconcile customer accounts and investigate short payments/deductions.
  • •Investigate and resolve customer deductions, disputes, and chargebacks, validating supporting documentation.
  • •Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, Logistics, Finance, and IT to resolve deduction issues and drive recovery actions for invalid claims.
  • •Monitor deduction aging and drive timely closure of outstanding items.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent education.
  • •More than 5 years of experience, with a finance background preferred (Bachelor’s/Master’s).
  • •Strong knowledge of cash application and deduction management.
  • •Experience with account reconciliation and investigating short payments/deductions.
  • •Good understanding of SOX and compliance requirements.
