  • •Lead staff in developing hydrologic and hydraulic numerical and analytical models using HEC-RAS, HEC-HMS, SWMM, and related analyses.
  • •Create civil engineering construction document packages, including drawings, specifications, and estimates.
  • •Oversee construction quality assurance and participate in field investigations.
  • •Interact with regulatory agencies, subcontractors, and clients to determine conformance with rules, standards, and permits.
  • •Support business development and proposals, including leading technical approaches, pricing, and mentoring junior staff.

Key Requirements
