•Troubleshoot material handling equipment issues and perform immediate repairs to support operational uptime.
•Perform routine preventive and predictive maintenance tasks using tools and equipment.
•Use a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) to support maintenance work.
•Conduct maintenance on 3-phase electrical systems under 600 volts, including drive unit and component rebuilds.
•Collaborate with cross-functional internal and external teams to improve occupancy experience, operating efficiency, and site reliability.
