Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform deep analysis to design and implement competitive executive compensation programs using benchmarking and market research.
  • •Lead annual compensation processes such as benchmarking and compensation focal cycles.
  • •Consult on compensation matters with HR business partners.
  • •Research and recommend external and internal employment offers, job leveling, and compensation programs using surveys and internal compensation tools.
  • •Lead analytical projects such as compression studies and pay cliff analyses, and create internal and client-facing tools to improve simplicity and transparency.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or military experience.
  • •At least 3 years of experience in Compensation, or at least 3 years of experience in Finance or Analytics, or a combination.
  • •At least 2 years of experience in Excel or Google Sheets.
  • •2+ years of experience with Workday.
  • •Master’s degree in Accounting, Statistics, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or Human Resources, or Certified Compensation Professional (CCP).
