Job Summary

Lead cross-product hardware execution as a CPTL, owning technical project execution from design and development through production. Manage program budget and schedule, coordinate across engineering and program teams, and break down work packages for execution. Oversee Earned Value Management (EVM) as a Cost Account Manager (CAM) and present project status to leadership and the customer. Partner across mechanical, firmware, test, product, system, software, and operations stakeholders.

•Lead the hardware team to prioritize tasks, define scope, and ensure technical goals are achieved.

•Maintain and oversee Earned Value Management (EVM) as a Cost Account Manager (CAM).
•Break down work packages and tasking for execution; present project status to leadership and the customer.

Key Requirements

•Experience in EVMS/CAM and Earned Value Management as a Cost Account Manager (CAM).
•Experience in board level design and development.
•Technical expertise in Electrical Engineering.
•Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance prior to start date, and U.S. citizenship required.
•Typically requires a STEM degree and minimum 10 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with minimum 7 years of experience.
