Job Summary

Lead end-to-end pursuit strategies for complex, multidisciplinary opportunities, turning client needs, technical expertise, competitive intelligence, and storytelling into persuasive proposals. Facilitate Go/No-Go evaluations, build capture plans and win themes, and partner with technical, commercial, and executive leaders to deliver compliant, differentiated submissions. Manage proposal quality and governance, run market research, report win-loss metrics, mentor proposal teams, and advance AI-enabled proposal tools and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead the end-to-end development and execution of pursuit strategies for complex, multidisciplinary opportunities across priority markets.
•Facilitate Go/No-Go evaluations and provide strategic recommendations to business leaders.
•Develop and drive capture plans, win themes, value propositions, and competitive positioning strategies with client-focused messaging.
•Partner with multidisciplinary technical, commercial, and executive leaders to deliver compelling, compliant, and differentiated submissions.
•Ensure proposal quality and compliance with client requirements and evaluation criteria; mentor proposal teams and advance AI-enabled proposal and pursuit tools.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 8 years leading strategic and complex pursuits, capture planning, and proposal development in AEC, environmental consulting, engineering, infrastructure, advisory, or professional services.
•Strong understanding of competitive pursuit strategy, proposal governance, and public/private sector RFP processes.
•Ability to develop win strategies and translate technical solutions into compelling, client-focused value propositions.
•Experience leading large, cross-functional and virtual pursuit teams in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
•Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and Adobe Creative Cloud, plus proposal development platforms/tools; experience leveraging AI and automation is required.
