Key Responsibilities

  • •Align regional mechanical facilities design standards with global standards and represent central alignment initiatives.
  • •Provide engineering support for regional projects, including design, review/approval for capacity expansion and sustainability capex.
  • •Lead reliability engineering efforts to improve system reliability, quality, and equipment EOL replacements.
  • •Serve as single point of contact for regional sites and global facilities central teams, including metrics reporting and lesson-learned sharing.
  • •Technically lead cross-functional efforts supporting project execution, utilities quality via variation reduction (SPC), and sustainability program success.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent work experience).
  • •8+ years of facility engineering experience, preferred with semiconductor industry experience.
  • •Excellent analytical skills and strong decision-making.
  • •Excellent interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to communicate effectively across the organization.
  • •Proven ability to solve problems across multi-functional, multi-cultural groups and continuously improve systems and processes.
