Own off-page SEO through link building and citation work: research authoritative prospects, run personalized outreach to earn backlinks, guest posts, and directory listings, and maintain accurate NAP/brand information across sources. You’ll also support affiliate program growth by recruiting, onboarding, and communicating with affiliate partners, monitoring placements, and ensuring compliance. Track outreach and link metrics in a CRM or sheet, and collaborate with the content team to align campaigns with published priorities.

Key Responsibilities

•Research and build prospect lists for backlink and citation opportunities across websites, blogs, directories, review platforms, and industry publications.
•Execute personalized outreach (email and social) to secure backlinks, guest posts, citations, unlinked-mention conversions, and business/directory listings.
•Manage citation sources to keep NAP (Name, Address, Phone) and brand information consistent and accurate.
•Recruit, onboard, and support affiliate partners; communicate with partners, share assets and links, and answer partner questions.
•Track outreach and affiliate metrics (volume, links/citations, signups, response rates, won links) and report results while staying current on SEO best practices.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 800 - 2,000 monthly

Key Requirements

•Basic understanding of SEO fundamentals, including backlinks, citations, domain authority, and anchor text.
•Working knowledge of link-building tactics such as guest posting, directory/citation building, digital PR, broken-link building, and outreach.
•Strong written English and personalized, professional outreach/email communication skills.
•Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple outreach campaigns and follow-ups at the same time.
•Comfortable with spreadsheets and prospecting/tracking tools, with a persistent, target-driven mindset.
