Director, Institutional Trade Execution

Execute institutional clients’ buy and sell orders across equities and fixed income based on client instructions, coordinating with Sales Traders and managing order distribution. Ensure best execution, timely and accurate execution reporting, and proper documentation of trades. Support lead conversion by communicating the desk’s trading/execution capabilities and value proposition. Maintain compliance with legal, compliance, and risk procedures while enhancing brokerage capabilities and market intelligence through ongoing training.
