Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and develop teams for structural packaging design and execution, including branding graphics and safety/instructional labeling.
  • •Ensure new products have the right structural packaging engineering specifications for end customer requirements, including transportation and drop test requirements.
  • •Oversee creation, review, and approval of packaging, labeling, and manual design and content for accuracy, consistency, and compliance.
  • •Collaborate cross-functionally and with suppliers to define, align on, and maintain packaging, labeling, and manual material specifications.
  • •Manage workload and change control across multiple product development programs to deliver timely, compliant updates throughout the product lifecycle.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Packaging Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design, Marketing, or a related field.
  • •Minimum 5 years of experience in structural packaging, labeling, technical documentation, or related work in consumer products (or related industry).
  • •Leadership experience leading teams (leading teams preferred).
  • •Experience working with cross-functional product development teams in consumer products development.
  • •Strong written and verbal communication plus project management, prioritization, and organizational skills.
