Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with sales execution to scope complex integration projects and bridge client objectives with supported technology ecosystems via developer documentation.
  • •Ship production-quality code and build features that meet production standards, including internal and R&D-bound components.
  • •Extend Hatch tools and automation services by writing code, building integrations/connectors, and implementing event-based triggers.
  • •Own technically complex onboardings end-to-end (e.g., CRMs without connectors, multi-system orchestrations, custom business logic) and identify reusable patterns.
  • •QA, monitor, and iterate on implementations pre- and post-go-live; move fast to push fixes and collaborate with Product to translate learnings into product or R&D investments.

Key Requirements

  • •1-4 years of software engineering experience with hands-on experience building or working with Voice AI systems.
  • •Comfortable with Python and/or Elixir, with Go in scope, and experience using/building automation tooling (e.g., n8n).
  • •Ability to navigate comprehensive developer documentation and determine when changes belong in core code vs middleware/automation tooling.
  • •Strong communication skills with both business and technical audiences, especially when requirements are ambiguous.
  • •Experience with the modern voice AI stack (real-time voice agents, telephony, text-to-speech/voice quality, LLM orchestration, CRM/booking integrations) is a plus.
