Job Summary

Support the Legal Team by drafting, analyzing, reviewing, and negotiating a range of agreements and amendments, including software license and SaaS/cloud contracts, vendor and partner agreements, and confidentiality/professional services terms. Manage online document repository updates and tagging, handle legal notices and subpoenas, and help maintain fund disclosure and registration materials for Retail and ETF funds. Collaborate with Americas/EMEA/APAC teams and support derivatives legal initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

•Partner with Americas, EMEA, and APAC Legal Teams on paralegal projects and responsibilities.
•Draft, analyze, review, and negotiate agreements and amendments (e.g., software licenses, SaaS/cloud agreements, commercial/vendor, partner, confidentiality/NDA, professional services).
•Upload amendments and agreements to online document repositories and ensure master agreements are properly tagged with corresponding amendments and schedules.
•Respond to legal subpoenas and notices including IRS Summons, DOJ, Grand Jury Subpoenas, LOIs, restraining notices, and garnishment notices.
•Support fund processes including annual updates to fund disclosure documents, post-effective amendments filing, interval fund tender offer updates, and research/reporting for litigation filings.

Key Requirements

•1-3 years of legal work experience, preferably with an investment advisor or mutual fund group in a legal/regulatory environment.
•Degree in Legal.
•Understanding of technology contract practices and standards.
•Working knowledge of back-office operations and securities laws/regulations (plus).
•Good written and verbal communication, strong analytical and interpersonal skills, and attention to detail.
