Job Summary

Define and drive the user experience strategy across digital products, leading end-to-end UX design initiatives and influencing product roadmaps with user-centric recommendations. Plan and run user research to uncover pain points and translate insights into actionable designs. Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI for web, mobile, and enterprise applications, while ensuring accessibility (WCAG) and quality through design reviews, metrics, and continuous improvements.

Key Responsibilities

•Define and champion the overall UX vision and strategy across multiple products.
•Lead end-to-end user experience design initiatives, setting design standards, frameworks, and best practices.
•Plan and conduct user research (interviews, surveys, usability testing, workshops) and translate insights into design recommendations.
•Create wireframes, mockups, interactive and high-fidelity prototypes, and design consistent UI using design systems.
•Mentor UX designers and coordinate with product managers, developers, business analysts, and marketing while ensuring accessibility (WCAG) and UX quality through reviews and metrics.

Key Requirements

•8+ years of experience in UX/UI design, including at least 5 years independently delivering in an independent role.
•Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Psychology, Computer Science, or a related field.
•Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design processes and measurable business impact.
•Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Axure, or similar.
•Experience leading cross-functional design projects and user research activities.
