Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and champion the overall UX vision and strategy across multiple products.
  • •Lead end-to-end user experience design initiatives, setting design standards, frameworks, and best practices.
  • •Plan and conduct user research (interviews, surveys, usability testing, workshops) and translate insights into design recommendations.
  • •Create wireframes, mockups, interactive and high-fidelity prototypes, and design consistent UI using design systems.
  • •Mentor UX designers and coordinate with product managers, developers, business analysts, and marketing while ensuring accessibility (WCAG) and UX quality through reviews and metrics.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of experience in UX/UI design, including at least 5 years independently delivering in an independent role.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Psychology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • •Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design processes and measurable business impact.
  • •Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Axure, or similar.
  • •Experience leading cross-functional design projects and user research activities.
