Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform preventative maintenance (lubricate moving components, adjust parts, rebuild components, complete scheduled service) and assist operators during changeovers.
  • •Conduct daily examinations of equipment to identify excessive wear, defects, and damage, and repair machinery to keep equipment in proper working order.
  • •Keep work areas and equipment clean and orderly at all times.
  • •Record maintenance and repair services and track materials and parts used; observe and promote plant safety and GMP specifications.
  • •Study manufacturer manuals and blueprints to operate or set up newly acquired machinery and repairs; attend on-site and off-site training as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •6 months of maintenance experience in any maintenance field, or 3 months maintenance experience with a maintenance education (technical maintenance diploma or currently enrolled).
  • •Ability to perform physical requirements of the role, with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • •Ability to read and understand manuals/instructions, blueprints, and schematics, and follow directions when operating or setting up machinery or making repairs.
  • •Basic computer skills to complete required training and/or tasks.
  • •Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed.
