Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with business teams to identify automation opportunities, define requirements, and deliver solutions that improve internal and partner experiences.
  • •Drive automations that shorten order-to-cash cycles, reduce manual touchpoints, and improve revenue accuracy and leakage prevention.
  • •Measure, report, and communicate impact and ROI; gather stakeholder feedback and iterate to continuously improve solutions.
  • •Test, deploy, and support automations in production; perform root-cause analysis and implement continuous improvements and incident remediation.
  • •Lead end-to-end solution design and implementation using approved low-code/no-code platforms across Salesforce, EDI integrations, SAP ERP, and other business applications.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of experience building enterprise-scale solutions with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI) and Microsoft Fabric in enterprise environments.
  • •Proven ability to establish enterprise AI governance models, including secure data access and role-based controls.
  • •Strong systems-thinking mindset, with the ability to map complex business processes into robust, maintainable technical architectures that span multiple systems.
  • •Excellent documentation and communication skills; able to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders and create clear requirements, designs, and impact reports.
  • •Ability to thrive in a global, cross-functional, collaborative environment, working with diverse teams across business, IT, and external partners.
