Key Responsibilities

  • •Work closely with Commercial Banking Relationship Managers and Portfolio Managers to develop prospects and potential customers with appropriate commercial banking solutions.
  • •Proactively understand customer needs to identify new requirements and strengthen the existing portfolio.
  • •Review the bank’s development objectives while ensuring customer needs are met.
  • •Resolve customer complaints and respond to special requests to enhance service levels and secure customer satisfaction.
  • •Assist the Division Head of Investment in reviewing progress against division goals and business planning to achieve objectives.

Key Requirements

  • •University degree holder.
  • •Solid years of working experience in investment product distribution within banking or financial institutions.
  • •Relevant experience in commercial banking or retail banking involving investment products.
  • •License holder of Hong Kong Securities Institution papers.
  • •Strong product knowledge and understanding of customers’ investment needs, with negotiation and customer relationship skills.
