Key Responsibilities

  • •Analyze user behavior on the site and apps to answer questions about usage and user behavior using deeper analysis.
  • •Build and maintain dashboards that visualize feature usage and how it drives company KPIs.
  • •Analyze and track KPIs such as conversion, retention, churn, recurring revenue, engagement, cross-device usage, and email/notification usage.
  • •Own the data flow for site and app features from defining KPIs and specifying data collection to building and iterating dashboards.
  • •Run A/B tests by designing success criteria, monitoring test integrity, analyzing results, and providing recommendations using segmentation and cohort analysis.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5 years in a B2C website-related Data Analyst position.
  • •Strong SQL skills with experience writing complex, efficient analytical queries.
  • •Experience working in English with business stakeholders to understand needs and explain results.
  • •Understanding of website development and operations and how they connect to data collection.
  • •Experience with data visualization tools (Looker/Tableau/PowerBI, etc.).
