Job Summary

Lead execution for Land & Shipboard Effector Guidance Systems electrical products, providing technical guidance and supervision to meet program commitments across cost, schedule, and technical oversight. Key Responsibilities

•Provide technical guidance and supervision to meet program commitments for electrical product execution across lifecycle, including cost and schedule oversight.
•Manage direct line management activities for the section, including communication, performance management, career development, talent acquisition, and timecard management.
•Support hiring efforts such as resume reviews and interviews.
•Collaborate and communicate with other sections and teams to support department and directorate initiatives.
•Ensure employee compliance with company policies and oversee personnel issue resolution; serve as a technical lead or individual contributor (15-20% of time).

Key Requirements

•Typically requires a Bachelor’s in STEM and a minimum of 8 years of prior Engineering experience.
•Relevant engineering experience in System Engineering (SE), Production Engineering (PE), or Production Test Engineering (PTE).
•Experience in analysis, testing, measurement, or integration of electrical products or systems, including leading cross-functional teams or projects.
•Experience with missile guidance section or subassembly production and development across the product development lifecycle.
•Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start; U.S. citizenship required (Secret clearance).
