Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver strong client experience by being present with clients and teammates and recognizing personal impact.
  • •Listen for financial wellness opportunities during in-person and phone conversations and provide customized recommendations.
  • •Consistently meet individual activity, behavior, and outcome goals and expectations.
  • •Open and manage consumer and small business accounts and deposit/lending products, including supporting teller transactions as needed.
  • •Ensure compliance with operational, risk, security, and audit procedures and documentation; participate in branch huddles and debriefs, including working Saturdays as directed.

Salary: USD 20.67 - 31.25 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED (or equivalent business experience)
  • •Minimum 1 year experience developing current and new customer relationships, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources
  • •Understanding of consumer credit (loan to value, debt to income, and credit reports)
  • •Foundational knowledge of sales and service techniques including tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, and networking
  • •Demonstrated ability to influence business partners and leverage centers of influence (e.g., Key Investment Services, Mortgage, and Business Banking)
