Key Responsibilities

•Scale profitable spend across multiple brands, geos, languages, and funnels using Google and Microsoft Ads.
•Own CPA, ROAS, CAC, and payback performance against real revenue data; run regular account audits to find gaps and scaling opportunities.
•Lead and coach acquisition managers: set KPIs, performance evaluation cycles, and performance standards; hire/onboard and improve execution quality.
•Define governance and account standards across structure, naming, conversion architecture, bidding, testing, reporting, documentation, and QA; review major changes before launch.
•Own Google and Microsoft Ads policy/compliance workflows, protect account health, manage escalations, and build AI-first Claude knowledge bases and workflows for day-to-day operations.

•Strong experience scaling Search, Performance Max, Demand Gen, and YouTube campaigns.
