Key Responsibilities

  • •Operate a fluid bed or rotary dryer and associated conveying equipment, including startup, parameter adjustments, and safe operation.
  • •Monitor product quality and operating conditions (temperatures, airflow, moisture levels) and adjust to meet specifications.
  • •Receive bulk truckloads of aggregates and operate a front-end loader to fill bulk material silos to meet daily production demands.
  • •Perform routine machine maintenance, startup machinery for daily production, and troubleshoot minor equipment issues while communicating maintenance needs.
