Quality Assurance Technician - 3rd shift

Support food safety and quality during weekend operations by evaluating finished products, monitoring and documenting Critical Control Points, and verifying production and sanitation procedures are followed. Perform environmental and equipment swabbing, administer rejection/hold programs, and confirm lines are clean and ready before start-up. Record findings, deviations, and corrective actions using required systems and partner with production, sanitation, and leadership to ensure products are safe, compliant, and ready for release.
